Hotel Star Ratings & Descriptions
See The World Tours & Transfers (“See The World”) uses its own independent hotel rating system, which may differ from those used by other tour operators or agencies. All room descriptions provided are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing. However, hotels reserve the right to update or amend their descriptions without prior notice. See The World cannot be held liable for any discrepancies or changes made by the hotels, as descriptions are based solely on information provided by the properties.
Rates
- All rates are quoted in USD and are per room, per night, inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Unused funds will be refunded upon check-out, subject to the hotel’s policies.
- Some hotels may accept a cash deposit as an alternative to pre-authorization on a credit card, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Bed Types
- Double Rooms: May feature only one double bed. Guests requiring separate beds must specifically request this at the time of booking. Such requests are subject to hotel confirmation.
- Triple and Quad Rooms: Typically consist of two double or two queen beds.
- Additional amenities such as cold towels, baby cots, and garlands can be requested but may incur additional charges.
Convention or Premium Dates
During peak periods or special events, regular rates may not apply. If the hotel confirms availability, premium rates will be provided at the time of booking and will include all applicable taxes. Each hotel’s policies regarding bedding arrangements and other amenities may vary.
Non-Listed Hotels
- See The World can assist with reservations at hotels not listed on our platform. However, such bookings may require prepayment to third-party suppliers.
- Once prepayment has been made for non-listed hotels or services, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused services, including meals, even in the event of full cancellation.
- Handling fees may apply to bookings for non-listed hotels or services, potentially resulting in rates higher than those published by the supplier. This will not be grounds for claims or refunds.
Meal Plans
- Meal plans generally begin with dinner on the day of arrival and conclude with breakfast on the day of departure.
- Some hotels may include meal plans in their rates; specific details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Special Requests
All special requests, such as room preferences, bed types, or additional services, must be specified at the time of booking. While See The World will forward these requests to the respective hotels, fulfillment is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
General Terms
Rates and Validity
- The products and services offered by See The World Tours & Transfers are valid from 1 December (current year) to 31 October (next year), unless otherwise specified.
- Certain hotels may revise their rates in January. Please refer to the Tour Operator Confidential Tariff available on the main page upon login for updated information.

- Check the Extra Special Products section on our website regularly for value-added offers, rate reductions, and specially priced packages. These exclusive deals are updated frequently to provide the best value for our customers.

Our online reservation system is a robust and efficient electronic service designed to streamline hotel and ground transportation bookings for the properties and services featured in our tariff.
Room Inventory and Booking Process
- Instant Confirmation: Bliss Holiday holds room inventory in select properties, allowing for immediate online confirmation.
- Delayed Confirmation: For properties without inventory, confirmations may require additional processing time.
User Categories
Access to our online system is provided to:
- Travel Professionals: Those in good credit standing benefit from discounted industry rates.
- End Users: General users who can book at standard rates.
- To protect Travel Professionals, discounted rates are exclusively available to this category.
Group Reservation Policy
- Our system is designed for individual bookings only and cannot accommodate group reservations exceeding 4 rooms or 10 passengers.
- Disclaimer: Multiple bookings for the same party at the same hotel may be flagged as a group reservation. Hotels reserve the right to impose higher rates and additional porterage charges in such cases.
Registration and Usage
- To use our booking system, users must register their company online to receive a Bliss Holiday login. This ensures secure transactions and easy tracking of reservations.
- Prohibited Usage: Selling FIT (Free Independent Traveler) hotel rates on the Internet without explicit written approval from Bliss Holiday is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate contract termination.

Reservation Requests
- All reservation requests must be made through our online reservation system. Detailed instructions and written confirmation will be provided.
- Each request must include:
- Full names of all passengers.
- Airport, flight number, and scheduled arrival/departure times.
- Hotel information.
Land Services and Sightseeing Tours
- Passenger Requirements: Most land services require a minimum of two passengers unless specified otherwise.
- Date Changes: Service dates may be subject to change after booking. Passengers will be notified, and their approval will be required. If approval is not granted, a full refund will be issued.
- Reconfirmation: Pick-up times for land services must be reconfirmed by phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date.
- Force Majeure: Bliss Holiday is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond the supplier’s control (e.g., natural disasters, civil unrest). However, we will endeavor to arrange suitable alternatives.
Arrival Transfers
- Passenger Requirements: Shared (SIC) transfers require a minimum of two passengers along the coast.
- Waiting Times:
- International flights: 60 minutes after landing at SSR International Airport or the Port Louis Harbor.
- Domestic flights: 60 minutes after landing at the respective airport or harbor.
- Assistance: Passengers unable to locate the airport representative (at counter 25) or driver (with a signboard displaying their name) should call +230 5942 7344 or +230 5942 7326 for immediate assistance.
- No-Show Policy:
Passengers who fail to contact us and opt to take a taxi to their hotel will be considered no-shows and charged accordingly.
